	SCENE 1	Elmo, wearing a raincoat, rain hat and rubber boots, welcomes the viewer. Celina walks over, noting he's ready for rain, though there's not a cloud in the sky (as usual). Elmo is instead wearing them because they begin with R, one of today's letters.

	SCENE 2	Big Bird is eating at Hooper's Store, when Mr. Handford receives a call from his dentist, reminding him about his appointment, meaning he'll have to close the store (Gina, meanwhile, is at class). Big Bird offers to stand outside the door, telling people Hooper's is closed, but Mr. Handford has his own plan - making a sign. Big Bird sees his services aren't needed, until Zoe comes by, needing help reading the signs.

	SCENE 3	Elmo now has a teddy bear, basketball and banana. Celina guess he's brought these things to show the letter B, explaining that each item begins with B. Elmo states he has those things so Celina can talk about the letter B.

	SCENE 4	Zoe is now under Elmo's sheet and Celina arrives once more. Elmo explains he wants to talk about the number 2, so Celina counts each of the body parts he has two of. The sheet comes off, reveal Zoe with a number 2, making two monsters.

	SCENE 5	Mr. Handford has arrived back from the dentist. Big Bird wonders what the dentist is like, not having teeth. He has Mr. Handford pretend to be one so he can experience a trip to the dentist. Mr. Handford puts his apron around Big Bird and begins the check-up. The appointment ends and Big Bird exits, forgetting to return Mr. Handford's apron.
