Guntag's show begins, having attracted a small crowd. Humphrey and Ingrid are impressed as Sherry Netherland accurate predicts which acts will occur (including a trapeze and tightrope act), revealing she's reading the program. It next reads "DUCK!," cueing them to take cover as the cannonball act begins. | ||

Inside the hotel, Humphrey is disappointed the circus didn't have the types of acts regular circus have. He was especially looking forward to Guntag stick his head in a flea's mouth. Benny and others point out it'd be impossible, so the monsters perform the act on each other (and Guntag). After failing, they find Benny's mouth is the right size and a chase ensues. | ||

Guntag leaves for awhile, putting Humprhey and Ingrid in charge of the fleas. To keep them safe, they decide to put them there (across from the desk), but start fumbling all over the lobby when there turns into here. Benny intervenes and the box ends up falling, releasing the fleas. Soon, everyone is itching. | ||

She recites a poem to the fleas (similar to "Trees"), which doesn't work. She calls for Humphrey and Ingrid's turn next. | ||

Grover annoys Mr. Johnson with his guitar playing in the park, mistaking his words "Go away and let me eat my lunch" for song requests. (EKA: Episode 3198) | ||
Humphrey and Ingrid's idea is to use a butterfly net to catch the fleas. They only succeed in trashing the hotel and bothering the guests. Finally, it's Benny's turn and he rushes out of the hotel. | ||

The fleas do so and Roxie leaves. Miss Netherland accidentally knocks over the box, releasing the fleas. While everyone scratches and tries to remember the phrase, Benny announces the sponsors. |
