SCENE 1 Big Bird and Ruthie welcome the viewer, when they hear sobbing nearby. It turns out to be a wolf named Wolfy, who's sad because he cannot howl, a basic trait for any wolf. Ruthie claims she can teach him and shows how well she can howl.
