---|---|---|
Telly rushes over to the kids on the playground to tell them that the Grand High Triangle Lover is visiting today and will share a story about how he earned that position. Telly wonders when the GHTL will arrive, and one kid guesses right after a song... | ||
As predicted, the theme song finishes and the Grand High Triangle Lover arrives, along with Norman, whom he sends off to dust his triangle collection. With Norm out of the way, the GHTL begins his story, which begins in the kingdom of Canarsie... | ||
In the kingdom, there was a large rock with sticks in it and whoever could pull them from the rock would become a powerful leader. "Millions" of villagers try to remove the sticks, as the GHTL counts them off, but to no avail. | ||
After Telly points out the "millions" of villagers were actually only 13, Norm arrives back, having finished his task. The GHTL takes him away for another errand (so Norm won't ruin the story) and assures them he'll be back in a moment. | ||

Lou (the GHTL's real name) and Norm dance their way to the bowling alley (where they work at the bowling shoe counter), when Lou notices the rock. Norm reminds him that every day, he's tried to pull the sticks, but never does. Just as they're about to resume their walk, the rock speaks and makes him an offer he can't refuse; the rock has decided Lou will be the one who will be able to pull the sticks out. Using all his might, he pulls the sticks from the stone. But, before he can become a powerful leader, he needs to make something from the three sticks. | ||
