Big Bird and the Birdketeers are excited because they're about to meet "the world's greatest actor." He gets a standing ovation from the unseen crowd, and Big Bird remarks how convincing he was just now. He also spots "Elephants Illustrated" which reminds him how much he likes pretending to be an elephant. He lets out a trumpeting noise, which is so good it attracts the attention of a real elephant. Finally, he asks Mr. Handford for "Cuckoo Clocks and Gardens", but Hooper's doesn't have a copy of it, so Sir John pretends to read it, and the elephant joins him in saying "cuckoo!"
