Synopsis

The trouble begins in Doc's house when his dog Sprocket refuses to go to the vet for his immunization. At Fraggle Rock, Boober pays Gobo a visit and notices that he is in pain. Gobo says it is nothing, but Boober said that he looked sick and also notices that he has a fever. After further questioning from Boober, Gobo finds out that he is coming down with the Pebble Pox, the most contagious disease a Fraggle can have. Later, Boober bumps into Wembley and tells him that Gobo has the Pebble Pox and tells him that the only thing that can possibly cure the Pebble Pox is Doogenberries, which can only be found in the Cave of Shadows. Wembley asks Gobo if he could borrow his map of the Cave of Shadows. Afterward, Boober explains to Wembley the most dreadful experience germs can be. Later, Wembley talks about how he understands about contagion and that he did not go near Gobo, and asks if he could contract the Pebble Pox from touching his map, and, much to Boober's dismay, he contracts the dreaded disease.

Fraggle Facts

  • The Pebble Pox is the most contagious of all Fraggle diseases. The symptoms in a severe case of the disease include fever, frizzy fur, ticklish teeth, aching tail, and an itchy, red rash appearing on the fur, not unlike measles or chicken pox.
