COLD OPEN
Oscar announces today's letter sponsors, S and T, which stand for "someone tap dancing". He'll reveal who it is after the opening theme.
3059b.jpg
SCENE 1
Savion climbs out of Oscar's trash can, having just finished giving a tap dance lesson to Oscar's elephant Fluffy ("She got tired of ballet," says Oscar). Bob is amazed that an elephant can tap dance, so Savion has Fluffy show him what she can do by repeating all the steps he does. Fluffy dances until she falls through the floor, into the basement, while her massive steps cause the ground to shake, which results in Bob losing grip of most of his groceries.

SCENE 2
Big Bird encounters Linda writing a letter to her mom. In the letter, Linda describes what happened yesterday when she went to the hat shop to buy a hat: it took the hat lady (Judy Graubart) a while to figure out that Linda wanted a hat. The first hat picked out was too big for Linda, the second one too small, the third one just right. Back in the present, Linda finishes writing her letter, and Bob invites her to go for a walk.

Trivia: Fran Brill voices Linda in this scene.

SCENE 6
Natasha, still not asleep, tries to wake Chicago up. Savion has no idea what to do, but when he says the word "awake," the Sandman appears.
