In song, she reveals that Little Jack Horner became a cook, Jill (of Jack and Jill) became a doctor, and Little Miss Muffet became a bug-and-spider specialist. After the song, Maria asks MG what she wanted to be, and she answers, "Famous, dear, very famous."
