SCENE 1
Big Bird welcomes the viewer to Sesame Street, and points out that Bob is trying to get Alice to sit still and take her nap. Big Bird thinks a good-night poem will get her to nap, but she runs off, and he chases her while reciting it.

SCENE 2
Big Bird follows Alice into Hooper's, after reading the poem for the fourth time. All of a sudden, she's thirsty, so Bob almost gives her a big bowl of water, when Big Bird points out that they'll need a bigger bowl for the amount of water Alice needs. While Bob tries reading the poem again, Big Bird fetches the bowl that Alice's mom left with them, fills it with water using a hose, and brings it into the store. Bob says it's the biggest bowl he's ever seen. After Alice drinks the water, she needs to use the bathroom.

The Two-Headed Monster brings in a suitcase filled with heavy and light objects, and places them on a wall. The right half lays out a feather, a ribbon, and a tissue. The left half puts down a book, a brick, a rock, and a 1000 pount weight, but the more weight that is placed on the wall causes the ground they're standing on to tilt!

Finally, Guy Smiley comes in and loudly announces that he would like to BUY a PIE. Cookie then knows what he can get in the bakery that rhymes with BUY and is delicious: it's GUY! A chase ensues, and Cookie requests for the baker to send him the bill.
