SCENE 2 Elmo continues to think of what to do while standing on his head when a pair of feet wearing tap shoes walks towards him. It happens to be Savion, who asks Elmo if he can practice his tap dancing. Elmo gladly accepts and watches him practice. After Savion finishes, Elmo decides to practice tap dancing while standing on his head and he finally falls down, learning that he can't do both at the same time.
