Picture	Segment	Description
	SCENE 1	Mr. Handford welcomes the viewer to Sesame Street, and points out that Grundgetta and her Grouch friends are waiting for a Grouch milkshake. All they say he needs is a piece of cardboard and a pen, which he uses to write the word "milk" on the card, then he gives it to the Grouches so they can shake it.
	Animation	Thirteen hamburgers dance around. (EKA: Episode 2849)
	Muppets	Ernie and Bert: Ernie can't sleep, so Bert tells him to count sheep. Ernie tries to count sheep, but it's dull -- so he starts counting fire engines. The noise from the imaginary fire engine wakes Bert up. Bert says that Ernie's waking up the whole neighborhood, and tells him to count something quieter. Ernie counts balloons -- but the balloon gets bigger and bigger, finally bursting with a huge explosion that wakes Bert up again. (First: Episode 0276)
	Cartoon	Gloria Globe is about to pull a rabbit out of her hat, but pulls out a kangaroo instead, which belongs in Australia.

	SCENE 2	Big Bird shows Edwin that he's trying to teach a new trick to Barkley: he has two dog food bowls, one full and one empty, and he intends to have Barkley show which one is the full one. Edwin points out that this doesn't really count as a dog trick, because dogs can use their hunger to figure out whether a bowl has dog food in it. Big Bird is still determined to find a trick for Barkley.

Barkley sits still at first, until he hears a cat, and runs after it, leaving zero dogs. Big Bird is unaware of the cat, until Edwin points it out to him. Big Bird remains determined ...

	SCENE 5	Next, Big Bird will show that Barkley knows about same and different -- he'll ask Barkley some questions about pairs of things, and Barkley will bark once for same and be silent for different. However, Barkley is sleeping, so when Big Bird asks questions to which the answer is "different," Barkley doesn't answer. Edwin points this out, and Big Bird walks off, insulted.
