Picture	Segment	Description
	SCENE 1	Big Bird and Mr. Snuffleupagus visit Maria at the Fix-it Shop. She needs to go inside to find her screwdriver, and tells them to answer the phone if it rings while she's inside. The phone does ring, but Big Bird and Snuffy argue over who will answer the phone, until it stops ringing. They realize they've made a mistake, and the next time it rings, Big Bird insists that Snuffy go first, and vice versa ... and the phone stops ringing again.
	SCENE 1 cont'd	When it rings for a third time, Big Bird decides to pick up the phone while Snuffy answers it. Maria comes outside and takes the call, which is from Luis (who called two times earlier). She says she'll meet him at the supermarket, and Big Bird and Snuffy ask if she'll let them follow her there. Before that happens, someone has to call Snuffy's mommy and tell her where he's going ... but who's going to do that?
	Cartoon	A man laughs out loud as an alligator uses the telephone to call his wife - then he eats the phone booth.
	Song	"Rollin' on the River"
	Muppets	Ernie and Bert: At night, Ernie gets creative inspiration to write a poem about what he likes, but has trouble with finding a word that rhymes with "dirt."
	Cartoon	Men in boxes sound out the word RUN. (EKA: Episode 2363)
	SCENE 2	At the supermarket, Maria and Luis tell Big Bird and Snuffy that they have to be careful walking down the aisles - but they're already aware of that.
	SCENE 2 cont'd	Snuffy walks up and down an aisle (as his theme plays) to show how careful he is, and when he succeeds, he jumps for joy ... which knocks down some cans.
	Cartoon	A real Indian boy tells two boys who are playing Cowboy and Indian that Indians don't say "ugh". The other kids tell him that they heard the expression on TV. (EKA: Episode 0812)
	Muppets	Herry Monster sings "Two Heads Are Better Than One."
	Film	A girl goes to school somewhere in Africa. We see the girl getting ready to go to school, as she washes herself and brushes her teeth, puts on her clothes, brushes her hair, and takes her lunch, all with some help from her mother. We see her walking past her neighbors and watching her classmates play outside as she arrives at school. The bell rings and the girl enters the school, where the teacher is passing out chalk to her students. We see the teacher teaching the students the English words: "a boy", "a girl", "a man", "a woman," which she has written on the board, along with a drawing for each word. The students repeat the words, then write them down on their individual chalkboards as we hear the girl remark, "We are learning to read and write." The students then jump up and down, as the teacher looks on, smiling. Next, we see the students jumping outside excitedly, now that school has finished.

	Muppets	Elmo bumps into Kermit the Frog on the way to the post office, begging to help him with one of his demonstrations, during which the post office closes - a perfect prompt to demonstrate open and closed.

	SCENE 3	Big Bird and Snuffy love to push the shopping cart when they go to the supermarket, but they get into an argument over who will push it today. They quickly realize that they have to cooperate, and ask Maria and Luis for a turn.
	SCENE 3 cont'd	Big Bird takes his turn first, and then Snuffy takes his turn ... but he whacks the cart with his snuffle, and it rolls around a corner and makes another mess. Now they have to decide who gets the cart ... but while they modestly hand the duty back and forth, Maria and Luis go for it instead.
	Cartoon	"Cooperation" - a reggae song about a group of animals who wash a car together. Artist: Michael Sporn
	Muppets	Grover waits in line at a supermarket. He generously lets two people go in front of him, but then explains that you can't always let everyone go before you, or else you'll never get to the register yourself. When he finally gets to the register and is first in line, the cashier says the register is closed. Grover considers following a customer to a pickle party ...

	Film	Two girls walk on an island together, and a map of the island is shown.

	SCENE 4	Big Bird remembers that there's a new birdseed cereal he wants to try, "Captain Birdflakes." He wonders if he should get the big box or the small box. If he gets the big box, he'll be fortunate if he likes it, but if he doesn't, he'll think he should have got the small box (which would only be enough for one bowl). He eventually decides on the big box, in case the other birds want to try it.
	SCENE 4 cont'd	Snuffy is taking home a small box of his cereal of choice, "Snuffleupagus Puffs." Of course, the small box is bigger than Luis, who carries it.
	Cartoon	Things say that other things are small, but then something comes along that's bigger, or smaller, or whatever. This airing omits the part where the gorilla falls backwards. (EKA: Episode 0355)

	Cartoon	An orange ball tries to pet a green ball, which growls, scaring him away.
	Muppets	Biff and Sully are about to start work, when Biff remembers he forgot his portable radio. He tells Sully not to start work until he comes back with it, but every time he's about to leave, he hears Sully doing a different kind of construction work. Sully's noisy building results in a piano, which Sully plays as Biff works.
	Cartoon	A green man demonstrates dark and light.

	SCENE 5	As Big Bird and Snuffy eat their cereal in Big Bird's nest area, the closing music begins, and they realize it's time to say goodbye. They argue over who will do it, and eventually decide to mention the sponsors together at the same time.
