SCENE 1 Elmo, Maria, Gabi and the kids finish up their lunches, when it's time to clean up. Elmo calls all the kids over toward the wall as they collect their paper bags. A fanfare signals the arrival of "Elmo's Rangers!" Elmo and the kids turn their paper bags into hats and recite some important, environmental tips when cleaning a mess. Elmo invites Maria and Gabi to join, but there aren't enough bags to make hats from, so Elmo suggests Maria make one from her lunch basket.
