They sing about how much they remember about being children, and explain to Big Bird that everyone starts out as a child, and grows into an adult over many years. Big Bird realizes that this applies to all the grown-ups he knows, even Mr. Rogers and the president.

In Big Bird's imagination, little Gordon (with a mustache) shows his sister Olivia how to fill up a life preserver with air, and demonstrates to her how air can move things. Olivia retaliates by blowing him a raspberry, showing that air can also make noise.
