He asks Gordon to read it to him. It is from David. Gordon explains to the audience that David left Sesame Street and moved to the country to take care of his grandmother. Then, Gordon reads the letter, which says:
Elmo thinks David meant that P.S. part literally, so he starts saying hello to Gordon and some kids walking by. Gordon tries to explain to Elmo that that was only an expression, but Elmo keeps saying hello to everyone he sees. | ||

The doctor asks what Sam wants with him, and the mean hombre says that his finger is really itchy -- it's driving him crazy. Is it a mosquito bite? Should he use some lotion on it?
