	SCENE 1	Gordon comes across Telly practicing his welcome to the viewer to Sesame Street, worrying if he's practiced too much or too little. Gordon tells him everything will be fine, and points out that the viewer has arrived. Telly casually says his welcome, and he and the kids shower Gordon with praise for his encouragement.
	Animation	The big green balls and one little orange ball ride over the top of the hills. The little one can't make it over the big hill, but conquers the small hill. (First: Episode 1896)

	SCENE 4	Maria finds Telly and Juliet digging a hole in some dirt, with the intention of burying Telly's bologna sandwich in it. Telly has never tried a bologna sandwich and worries some kind of disaster involving a traffic accident, a burning building, and stampeding elephants will await him. During the monsters' dramatics, Maria convinces him it's good by taking a bite herself, and encourages him to try it. Telly finds that he likes bologna, but soon he and Juliet change their made-up scenario to reflect if the sandwich had not been involved.

	SCENE 5	Maria takes care of Alice, combing her fur until Snuffy returns. Maria asks that Alice turn and say "hello" to the viewer. She takes this literally, and starts turning in circles saying "hello." Maria explains what she really meant, teaching Alice about "front" and "back." Snuffy returns and has Alice turn around to say goodbye to Maria, prompting his little sister to start spinning in circles again saying "goodbye." Gordon announces the sponsors.
