Scooter's uncle, J.P. Grosse, comes to visit; he's planning to tear the theater down and build a junkyard -- "there's more money in real junk than this junk you got here." Kermit tells Gonzo that J.P. plans to tear the theater down, and Gonzo is thrilled; it sounds like a great act. Scooter tries to talk his uncle out of his plan, until J.P. offers him a job running the junkyard. Finally, J.P. decides not to tear the theater down -- it's going to fall down by itself soon enough.
