| ||SCENE 1||Aunt May plays “The Reville” on the bugle to wake everyone up. Big Bird & the kids get up on time for breakfast; Rusty would rather sleep. Mickey convinces Rusty to get out of bed.|
| ||SCENE 2||After breakfast, Big Bird and the kids play baseball. Big Bird doesn't want to play baseball because he doesn't know how to play. Still, they have him play in the outfield. He hits a home run.|
|SCENE 3||It's rest period, but none of the campers feel like taking a nap. Mickey offers them postcards to write letters. Back on Sesame Street, Maria, on her lunch break , writes a postcard to Big Bird. They both sing "I Am Fine, How Are You?" while writing letters to each other.|
|SCENE 4||After a fun first full day of camp, Big Bird eats new foods for dinner: hamburgers, mashed potatoes, and peas.|
| ||SCENE 5||Nighttime - Big Bird is homesick and imagines what Maria and Mr. Hooper are doing. Mickey tells him it's okay to cry. Rusty is homesick too, so they cry together.|
|SCENE 6|| "Taps" is being played by Aunt May on the bugle, which means lights out. Although a big day is planned for tomorrow, Big Bird and Rusty talk for a little bit and then get tired and fall asleep in Cabin 10.
