	SCENE 1	Buster and Fred, dressed as cows, approach Olivia, asking if she knows where Gladys the Cow is. They're helping with a song of hers and the lack of local cows forces them to play some. Gladys arrives and Olivia questions Gladys' loyalty to her species, due to the fact that she's always pretending to be other animals. Gladys is surprised and tells her she is proud, which is the subject of her song. The animals set up by some boxes and Gladys performs "I'm Proud to Be a Cow." Afterward, Olivia is speechless.
	Cartoon	Two hippie kids wonder how to make their droopy plant grow.
	Muppets	Grover is a guest on the game show "Name That Sound."

	SCENE 2	Susan and Telly return from a car trip to the library. Susan is in such a hurry that she locks her keys in her car. While she goes to ask Luis for help, Telly discovers that while Susan locked her door, Telly didn't lock his. He opens the door with ease and Susan gives him a hearty thanks.

	SCENE 3	Big Bird and little David are talking about the letter C, when Big Bird realizes he forgot to bring some C-word items. He calls big David to see if he has anything, when a heroic theme fills the air. Suddenly, Captain Vegetable appears and helps Big Bird out by providing some healthy veggies that begin with C. After the demonstration, he urges them to eat the food as well. (SSvideo)

	Film	A man shows a boy how to make a wheelbarrow.
	Muppets	Grover appears in a library to tell the viewers about what a library is. The librarian, however, keeps telling Grover to be quieter, until he can barely even be heard.
	SCENE 4	Gordon and Susan talk with the kids about quiet and loud. Gordon thinks Oscar can provide the loudest noise of all. The kids knock on his can and ask him to be loud, but he calmly declines. When Gordon finally knocks and asks, Oscar gives an explosive and loud "NO!"
	Muppets	In a subway station, two Anything Muppets observe how loud and quiet it is.
	Cartoon	A yak discusses the letter "Y" on a stage, and is insulted when it is called a "Yakkity-yakkity-yak". (EKA: Episode 0301)

	SCENE 6	Gordon wants to show quiet and loud again with Oscar. When Oscar yells at him, he's loud. But when he doesn't respond to Gordon, he's quiet. Oscar gets fed up and vows to never speak to Gordon again, as Captain Vegetable announces the sponsors. "Go out and eat your vegetables!"
