Gordon and Susan exchange their vows and kiss, and everybody celebrates the happy occasion - except for Oscar. ("I've had a wonderful time, but this wasn't it!")

Gordon this time fills the function Biff did, getting sentimental and sobbing throughout. The Grouch justice of the peace reminds them of what a Grouch marriage entails and has them secure their vows. Instead of kissing, the couple gets to argue as the crowd bombards them with trash.
