Tingo welcomes the viewer and says he feels terrible. Every part of him feels terrible and he cannot stop sneezing. He calls to Niki and she comes over to see if Tingo feels well. She thinks Tingo has a cold and gets him a wool cap (which he later sneezes off) and scarf to keep him warm. She decides to make him some hot tea.

Tingo sings about him feeling sick and every time he sneeze, the force of his sneeze would cause things to happen such as books falling off the shelf. Afterward, he starts to ask Niki for things to do such as getting a box of tissue and his rubber duck for him. He also asks her to open the door when he feels hot and to close the door when he feels cold.
David tries to close a window and a door, but they open by themselves. (on-screen words, open and close, added)

Tingo calls Niki and replies that he is hungry. He list certain foods he wants and ask her to open the door. Niki does this, but is starting to get upset especially when Tingo asks her where his food is.
Letters appear over a sky-view of a neighborhood.
As Tingo eats his food, he replies that he is starting to feel better. He calls for Niki again, but Niki started to call him from her room. It turns out that Niki is sick and starts to sneeze. Tingo asks her if she needs anything such as tea or rubber duckie, but Niki shook her head as she tries to rest.
