Mopatop opens the episode by offering a shiny green wellie or a penguin called Nellie.

A sad bug comes into the store. Puppyduck and Mopatop check the things that cheer up bugs department to see if they can find something to get the bug into a better mood. Another customer, Pickey Mickey comes into the store looking for something nice and ickey such as a mud pie. He offer the bug that it can roll around in the mud pie, but that did not cheer up the bug. Puppyduck feels sorry for the bug and gives him a hug, and the bug starts to laugh, apparently a hug was what he needed to cheer up.
