Moya is infested with breeding bugs called Drak. John Crichton tries to negotiate with the queen, who is called Monarch, since the nest she has requires Moya to be as hot as possible. This threatens the survival of both Moya and the crew. However, a commando group of Peacekeepers sneaks on board and threatens the agreement between the crew and the Monarch.
