One way the babies try to remove Fozzie's loose tooth is by tying it to a moving toy train. The train goes out of control and all over the nursery. Gonzo then notices the toy train coming towards him, and we see a live-action clip of an old-fashioned steam locomotive coming towards the camera with a star on its front. This train clip would be reused in almost all 1986-1990 ''Muppet Babies'' opening sequences, with Gonzo getting away from it on a pogo stick.

This train clip would be reused in "Piggy's Hyper-Activity Book", where Baby Gonzo runs away from the train on a pogo stick during the "Music is Everywhere" song.
