	SCENE 1	Luis has Spencer, Cheryl, Ernst, Alicia, and Heather play a game in which they stand in a line and pass a bunch of ping-pong balls to the next person using different containers. The Amazing Mumford joins the fun, and the kids empty the balls into his top hat. When Mumford goes to start the game over, he finds that the balls have now disappeared. He solves the problem by saying, "A la peanut butter sandwiches!" which makes it rain ping-pong balls from the sky. (Blooper: as Mumford joins the scene, Jerry Nelson briefly speaks in Count Von Count's accent instead before correcting himself.)

	SCENE 2	Big Bird finds a small table that somebody threw out. He thinks that it's still good enough to take to his nest and set his alarm clock on, only one of the legs is missing. He wonders how he can fix it when Simon Soundman passes by. Big Bird asks him what he should do, but has trouble understanding Simon since he uses the sounds of a saw and a hammer mixed in with his suggestion.

	SCENE 4	Big Bird asks Herry Monster how to fix his table. Herry’s solution involves going into the forest, pulling up a tree, and making a leg out of it with his bare hands and teeth. Big Bird is about to give up when Maria encounters him and says that he can figure out the solution by himself just by examining the legs. Big Bird comes up with the logical idea of matching the table leg with the others and having a fix-it person like Maria to help out, so they take the table to the Fix-it Shop.

	SCENE 4 cont'd	Big Bird figures out the process of getting the new leg onto the table by observing Maria's work as she saws the wood, screws the new leg into place, and plans to paint it to match the others. Though Maria did all the work, Big Bird sure is glad that she showed him how to figure it out "by himself."

	Muppets	Benny and his boss have been waiting for Lefty for a long time. Benny wonders how they will know when it's Lefty at the door, so he reminds him that Lefty will knock three times - their secret knock to enter their hideout. Lefty forgets the number, and has to be hinted from his boss what the number of knocks are to gain access, finally giving the correct amount. When they let him in, the boss reprimands him for his poor memory, and warns him that he'll be in big trouble if he forgets again. To test his memory, the boss and Benny lock themselves out, telling him not to let them in until they give the secret knock. Despite the boss' warning, Lefty forgets once again, and finally having enough, he fearfully runs out the back door, leaving the other two stranded outside yelling, "Let us in!" as they angrily pound on the door trying to get in.
