0646a
SCENE 1 Oscar the Grouch tells Biff to knock off the racket he's making with his jackhammer in front of his trash can. Biff goes on a rant about how he and Sully hear complaints like that all the time, but he's a city worker who must repair the street, noise or not. He pontificates so much about his problems that Oscar begs for him to drill rather than talk.

David, Susan, and Luis finish getting Oscar's loveseat out, putting it with the rest of the furniture. Oscar coyly tells them that Slimey doesn’t want to move to the other can; he likes the old one better. He rationalizes with Susan that if Gordon didn't want to move, she'd do the same. Oscar tells everyone to put his stuff back, but David gets wise to his trick of just wanting to rearrange his furniture. They abandon Oscar, who suggests Slimey start moving things.
