Susan reprimands Oscar for insulting her guests at a party. When Oscar tells Susan that he's getting tired of people going in and out of 123 Sesame Street, Susan replies that she's getting tired of him. Oscar then decides to move on.

Oscar moves into Luis' apartment. When Luis finds out, he throws him out. The telephone rings, the caller being the same one who's called many times, thinking he's calling Benny's Sandwich Shop. When Oscar threatens to do something drastic unless the caller stops calling, Luis lets him stay.

Oscar moves out of the Fix-It Shop because Luis has told him that he's welcome to stay. He wants to move in with David, but David tells him that he can only stay until the rain stops. David is surprised when Luis tells him what a good roommate Oscar is.

Roosevelt Franklin Elementary School: Roosevelt instructs the class in an exercise: "Lean to the left! Lean to the right! Stand up, sit down! (Outta sight!)"

Cookie Monster and Ernie: Ernie tells the viewer to let him know if they see or hear Cookie Monster so he won't take the cookie which Ernie just got from Hooper's Store. Ernie encounters a machine that reads "Your Fortune Told, Insert One Cookie." Not realizing that Cookie Monster is inside the machine, he inserts the cookie. Some munching noises are heard, and a card comes out that says "You will soon be kissed by a grateful Cookie Monster."
