• Bert loses his favorite bottlecap while giving a lecture about his incredible bottlecap collection.

• Grover climbs a tree and finds a bird's nest with some eggs in it. The eggs hatch, and the baby birds think Grover is their mommy. When the real mother bird arrives, she mistakes Grover for one of her babies! She gives them all a flying lesson, but Grover promptly falls to the ground.

• The Twiddlebugs try to get to the zoo.

• Cookie Monster is going on vacation, starting with one suitcase and ending with seven suitcases full of cookies.

• The Anything Muppets sing "As I Was Going to St. Ives". (First: Episode 0045)

• Dragnet: Sergeant Thursday and Ben hunt for a wanted W.

• James Earl Jones recites the alphabet. (First: Episode 0002)

• Sesame Street News Flash: Simon Soundman does a weather report using sounds for different kinds of weather. News anchorman Kermit fires him and calls for another weatherman, who has a more "visual" approach to reporting the weather.

• Maria refuses to scratch Oscar's back because of the nasty way in which he asks.

• Kermit and Grover demonstrate up and down.
