Oscar reveals that he was trying to fetch a rock from the jar, which is how his hand got stuck in it. Bob tells Oscar to let go of the rock, and he slips his hand right out. Oscar finally gets the rock he wanted, and Luis puts his broken clock inside the jar. But when Oscar decides to get a closer look at the clock, he reaches back into the jar and gets his hand stuck again. Fed up, the adults walk away and leave Oscar alone. Luis announces the sponsors. | |

- The Oscar storyline of this episode would be repurposed in Episode 2047, where Big Bird gets his wing stuck in a jar. He is determined to solve the problem himself and succeeds.
