SCENE 1 Bob points out to the viewer that it has recently snowed on Sesame Street. Oscar likes the way the snow looks on top of some of his tin cans, but he likes the snow even better when he mixes it in a bucket with mud, chimney soot, and other garbage, causing Bob to want to throw it into the gutter. After he does so, a truck drives by and splashes Bob with the mess he (and Oscar) made.
