He looks around and sees some evidence on the kitchen counter that she was here: her keys, a half-eaten lunch, and a newspaper with a notification to register to vote. He goes over to the table and tells what has happened by the clues of a toy cow, some crayons, and some childrens' drawings of a cow. He also hints at a box nearby that Bob helped him set up.

Ernie & BertErnie and Bert watch the Alice cartoon on TV, and Ernie laughs when he sees Alice being kissed by the monster. Bert says Ernie wouldn't think it was so funny if a monster kissed him. Beautiful Day Monster appears, and kisses Ernie, who says, "Bleah!" Bert laughs.
