Emmanuel Curtil (b. 1971) is a French voice actor who has dubbed several Muppet/Creature Shop projects, most notably voicing Baby Sinclair, Elmo, and Pepe the King Prawn.

Curtil is the official French dub voice of Jim Carrey, on all projects, and also dubbed Matthew Perry on Friends, Gene Anthony Ray on Fame, and Dean Cain on Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman. Other credits range from adolescent Flower in Bambi and Simba in The Lion King to the singing voice of Giles in the musical episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
