| Kermit is on a quest to interview people who have invented their own games. Elmo plays "the reporter game", where he pretends to be a news reporter, and then fights with Kermit over his microphone.
| The American Revolution: The National Bird |
|The founding fathers argue over what bird should be chosen as the national bird. Elmo plays an unnamed founder who doesn't offer his own opinion, but agrees with John Adams that it should be the bald eagle.|
| Happy and Sad |
| Kermit tries to explain the difference between happy and sad, two emotions which Elmo displays while trying to get Kermit to play with him.

| Elmo bumps into Kermit the Frog on the way to the post office, begging to help him with one of his demonstrations, during which the post office closes - a perfect prompt to demonstrate closed.
| Super Grover: Similarities and Differences |
|Elmo and Super Grover are hanging out together and Elmo thinks they are exactly alike. Grover points out the ways in which they are also different. Elmo then proves that he has many of the same vocal talents as Grover, and they decide they're different in some ways and the same as others.|
| Beat the Time |
| Elmo must bring in three items that start with "SN" within thirty seconds (though the clock is clearly going a lot slower than that). They turn out to be a man's snack of nuts and raisins, a sneaker (worn by Telly Monster), and finally, the massive Mr. Snuffleupagus! As his prize, he is given a snowman wearing a snorkel.

| Captain Elmo Cousteau searches for the treasure of the missing soap, with the help of a policeman fishy.
| Bo Knows |
|Elmo appears in the "Bo Knows" commercial spoof. He tells the viewers "Bo knows empty and full."|

|Astronaut Prairie Dawn floats on a space shuttle, when Elmo pops up out of nowhere, offering to help her. He soon learns that there is no need for a policeman, a construction worker, or a farmer in space (unless there's a cow).|
| Two-Headed Monster School |
| The Two-Headed Monster are the teachers of a two-headed-oriented classroom, with Elmo and Telly as their pupil/pupils (they are sharing the same shirt). The first lesson is to say "Good Morning" in monster language, then how to argue over what to read.

| Elmo explains the importance of sleep and the many ways people do it, but the audience won't stop applauding and let him sleep afterwards.

|Elmo shows top and bottom by standing on top of the frame, then falling to the bottom.|

| Elmo plays a game called "Statue" with the viewer. The object of the game is to dance whenever music plays, and to hold still whenever the music stops.

| Elmo finds a large apple and wonders what letter "apple" starts with. Slimey pops out from the apple, holding a flag with the letter A on it.

|Elmo and Zoe play a new game were you have to do the opposite of each other.|

| Elmo and Zoe demonstrate above and below with a cloud.
| Quiet and Loud |
| Elmo loudly interrupts Kermit's demonstration of "quiet" and "loud". Elmo loudly insists on helping Kermit demonstrate the difference, and Kermit manages to get Elmo to whisper as they talk about being quiet.
| Sleepover at Telly's |
| Elmo is sleeping over at Telly’s, but Elmo can't sleep due to Telly's snoring. Elmo turn on the radio, so he can't hear Telly snoring, but the music is so loud that they can't sleep. Telly then tries to put his hand over his mouth and nose, but that prevents him from breathing. Elmo then asks for some earmuffs, which works. Now Telly can't sleep because of Elmo's snores, but luckily Telly has another pair of earmuffs.

|Telly sleeps over at Elmo's house, but finds he can't get to sleep. Elmo tells him a bedtime story, about a sleepless monster who gets to sleep by saying "good night" to every part of his body, but it only makes Telly laugh. Elmo then suggests counting sheep, and summons the sheep he keeps in his closet, who jump over the bed and sing a lullaby!|

| Elmo, Telly and Zoe plan on showing between by having Elmo go between Zoe and Telly, but the monsters have to constantly switch positions in order for Elmo to be between.

| Part 1: Elmo uses his cardboard bus to demonstrate front and back, when the bus crashes.|
Part 2: Elmo puts his bus back together, this time to demonstrate fast and slow, but he crashes the bus again.

| Elmo watches as Grover tries to demonstrate next to with a wily mailbox which keeps moving away from Grover. When they can't catch it, Elmo points out that he and Grover are next to each other.

| Zoe finds Elmo pretending to be a duck, and he shows her how to act like one. A real duck shows up, and mistakes Zoe for its mama.

|In a skit that capitalizes on the marketing of a certain doll, Zoe and Elmo play a game of "Zoe Says" with the viewer, and accidentally makes Elmo tickle himself.|
| Feelings |
|Elmo talks to the viewer about feelings, looking for someone who feels sad. He encounters Zoe, who feels proud, and Bert, who feels angry. He feels bummed about not finding anyone who's sad, until Big Bird points out how that makes Elmo feel.|

| Grover trains Elmo to deliver singing telegrams. He goes to Mr. Johnson's apartment to show Elmo how it's done, but gives Mr. Johnson the wrong telegram. Mr. Johnson is angry, because the telegram is noted as being from his mommy in Cincinnati, while Johnson claims his mommy is in Chicago. Elmo decides to deliver the same telegram but state that it's from his mom in Chicago, and Mr. Johnson tells Elmo to come back anytime (without Grover).

| Elmo and Zoe pretend to be cowboys while displaying the letter C.
| The Number 10 |
| Zoe is about to draw the number 10, but she only knows how to draw lines. Elmo doesn't know how to draw a 10 either, but he is good at making circles. An ominous voice advises them to cooperate.

| Telly tries practicing "The Blue Danube" on his tuba, but is disrupted by Elmo, who's practicing his drum. After their problem gets out of hand, they get an idea to cooperate.
| Chasing the Cheese |
| Elmo, Telly, Zoe and Baby Bear prepare to chase a cheese. A sportscaster (Chris Berman) asks them why they chase the cheese, and they all have different answers. They agree that exercise is fun, and it makes you healthy and strong. But what does the cheese have to say? "You can't catch me!" Now the chase is on! The runners all have fun going after the cheese, but they have just as much fun when the cheese goes after them! Elmo invites the sportscaster to join them.

| In a parody of iPod commercials, Big Bird, Elmo and Snuffy listen and dance to the sound of the letter D.
|Easy Listening Band||In an early segment with no dialogue, a monster band plays some easy listening music. The music features solo performances with light accompaniment from each member, consisting of Maurice on trumpet, Kermit the Forg on trombone, Clancy on saxophone, Bruce on keyboard, and Elmo on guitar.|
|Surprise||Telly explains to the viewer what a surprise is and plans to perform one on Elmo. However, Elmo listens in on his plan and beats him to the punch.|
|Which Toy is the Best?||Elmo and Zoe find two toys (a car and a plane) sitting on a wall in the park. They start playing with them and argue over which one is the best. Cookie Monster wanders by and helps solve their problem, by doing a taste test.|
|Open||Elmo demonstrate open with a book, however the book has other ideas itself.|
|Full and Empty|| Telly gives a demonstration of "full" and "empty" with a crate with a sliding curtain on it. He shows the box empty first, then pulls the curtain again, revealing Elmo and Zoe, making it full.
|Counting in English and Spanish|| Grover and Elmo take turns counting from one to ten in English and Spanish.
|Four Friends|| Grover, Elmo, Zoe and Telly arrange themselves in different ways to show that they will still remain four monsters.
|Cheering Up Elmo||Grover finds Elmo sad over his toy being broken, so Grover tries to find a way of making him happy again.|
|Asking Elmo||The superhero Asking Elmo, helps Grover to figure out why his dog, who is tied to a tree, doesn't come when Grover tells it to.|
|Imagining Friends|| Zoe is imagining a "great friend." She lists off a list of qualities that the friend has to Elmo. Zoe asks Elmo to play along, but Elmo says he doesn't have to imagine, Zoe meets that list.
|Up and Down||Big Bird sees Elmo hung up on the top of the screen, then going down to the bottom. After he helps Elmo up into his arms, Big Bird asks if he liked being up or down. Elmo likes being with Big Bird the best.|
|Playing Ball with Gloria|| Elmo plays ball with his plant Gloria, when Big Bird comes by and tries to explain that Gloria can't play ball, as they have nor arms or hands to catch it with. Elmo tries playing checkers with Gloria instead.
|Elmo is Loud|| Bert enjoys a nice day at the park feeding his pigeons when Elmo screams a hello to him, scaring the pigeons away. Bert explains that when pigeons are near, one must be quiet. Elmo understands and helps Bert by loudly calling the pigeons back. Bert becomes happy again and Elmo cheers...scaring the pigeons away again.
|Q Trick|| Elmo shows a trick you can do with the letter Q - by covering the stem of the letter, you get the letter O.
|Letter E Dance||Elmo draws a letter E onscreen with his crayon and does a dance for the letter E.|
|Friendship||Elmo and Rosita demonstrate friendship.|
