This episode was originally planned for Season 39,[1] but it aired first in Season 40. The episode could not have been completed in time for Season 39, as it includes footage of the Frogs exhibition at the American Museum of Natural History, which opened on May 30, 2009 [2] and Kermit made a surprise cameo in this segment.

Guess what Elmo's thinking about today? Elmo opens the door, but doesn't see anything. As he keeps turning around, a frog hops on in.
Dorothy's Question Dorothy wants to know how you leap like a frog.
The Noodle Family Mr. Noodle leaps around like a ballet dancer, hops like a kangaroo, and waddles like a duck until the kids walk him through bouncing around like a leap frog.
Kids and Baby Kids show Dorothy how they jump like a frog.
Elmo's Question Elmo counts 10 CGI frogs creating a pyramid on a lily pad.
Quiz Drawer asks where frogs live. Pet frogs live in a tank in an apartment. Kermit appears in his own apartment on Sesame Street: "Now, this is my kinda pad." (This is the first new material with Kermit on Sesame Street since Episode 3976 in 2001)
Video E-Mail Elmo gets an email from Grover as a camp counselor teaching Muppet kids about frogs. He identifies a rock and a butterfly as frogs, before he finds a frog ribbitting under his hat.
Film Elmo's friend Shawn goes to the American Museum of Natural History with his dad for a frog exhibit.
TV Cartoon Today on The Frog Channel: "A Frog is Born" starring Jumpy Garland. She tells the story of how she grew from a tadpole to a frog. Coming up next: "The Tale of Peter Ribbit" and "Raging Bullfrog."
Interview Elmo talks to a frog about what it's like being a frog. They can catch flies with their tongue, breathe through their skin and camouflage themselves.
