Elmo's World Record & Play Phone Center is a 2008 Sesame Street toy made by Fisher-Price. The toy is a play telephone, cradled by a plastic figure of Elmo and his goldfish Dorothy. Flipping through the "phone book" pad shows the numbers for Elmo's friends, including Abby Cadabby, Grover, Cookie Monster and Ernie. The toy plays sound effects, ringtones and phrases from each of the characters, as well as the Elmo's World theme song. A record-and-playback feature allows children to record their own voice messages.
