Elmo's World: Birthdays is an Elmo's World episode. The topic explored is birthdays, examining both the celebratory aspects and birth itself.

Picture	Segment	Description
	Guess what Elmo's thinking about today?	Elmo sings a few lines of "For She's a Jolly Good Goldfish", then opens the door to a pile of gifts and party decorations that fall into the room. A montage of children celebrating birthdays plays.
	Dorothy's Question	Dorothy has a birthday cake decoration in her fish bowl. Elmo announces that today is Dorothy's birthday. She wants to know how to wrap a present.
	The Noodle Family	Mr. Noodle's brother Mr. Noodle pulls too much paper off the roll, then too much tape, and finally wraps a gift but tapes his finger to the package.
	Elmo's Question	Elmo asks the viewer to help him count CGI candles on a birthday cake.
	Kids and Baby	Kids show Dorothy how they wrap gifts. Elmo asks a baby with a gift box and a self-adhesive bow.
	Video E-Mail	Several Muppet fish wish Dorothy a happy birthday.
	Quiz	Elmo asks questions about what has birthdays. Oscar the Grouch appears in a question on whether trashcans have birthdays.
