Elmo's Magic Cookbook is a 2001 Sesame Street direct-to-video special.
Elmo, Telly and two kids discover a cookbook in an attic which can materialize the ingredients for any recipe. Jean the Genie is the keeper of this book and transports Alan, Emeril Lagasse, and Heather Headley as The Pocket Queen to help prepare their treats.
