Various celebrities make cameos during the song including Robin Williams (with the Two-Headed Monster), Liev Schreiber, Maria Menounos, Naomi Watts, Wendy Williams, Amy Ryan and Nicole Kidman. A snowman and a beach ball also make cameos.
The insert originally was posted on YouTube in July 2011 as a PSA for the Michelle Obama campaign, Let's Move!.[1] This version contains only Elmo's verse, lacks celebrity and kid cameos, some different visuals and features a short narration by Chris. (YouTube)
