Ellis E. Williams (b. 1951) is a character actor whose career on stage, film, and television has spanned 30 years. He appeared in the video Sesame Street Home Video Visits the Hospital as Orderly Jim.

Williams began his film career with Brother From Another Planet, followed by Eddie Murphy Raw (as Murphy's uncle in a skit), 8 Heads in a Duffel Bag, Jackie Brown, The Saint of Fort Washington, Antwone Fisher (as Reverend Tate), The Adventures of Rocky & Bullwinkle and Elephant. In television, he had a recurring role on The Hughleys and has guest starred on Seinfeld (two appearances as an exterminator), Dharma and Greg, The West Wing, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Roseanne, ER, Law & Order, NYPD Blue, and The Outer Limits, amongst others.
