Ellen DeGeneres (b. 1958) is a stand-up comedienne, actress, talk show host (The Ellen DeGeneres Show), and former judge on American Idol.
DeGeneres appeared on Sesame Street in the 1990s with Elmo for a skit about the similarity of their names (YouTube), and in another to share a set of headphones playing "Put Down the Duckie," and to dance together. (YouTube)
