"Eighteen" is an animated segment that features a Sesame Street song. The singer sings about how hungry she is and finds the lunch menu has 18 different sandwiches and can't choose which one she wants. She then decides to get a pizza instead.

The song is a parody of Alice Cooper's "Eighteen".
