EM.TV & Merchandising AG (now known as Constantin Medien AG) is a German-based company that purchased the Jim Henson Company and all of its assets in February, 2000 for $680 million. In May 2003, they sold the company back to Henson's family at a sum valued at $84 million.

Under EM.TV's management, the company sold its interest in Noggin and the complete rights to the Sesame Street characters and merchandising to Sesame Workshop (which had changed its name from CTW in June 2000), and the company's interests in the Odyssey Network and The Kermit Channel.

EM.TV & Merchandising AG was renamed EM.TV AG in 2004, then EM.Sport Media AG in 2008. The company adopted its current name, Constantin Medien AG, in 2009.
