A clip from Sesame Street appears in this 1982 Steven Spielberg movie. The show is playing on the TV during a scene with E.T. and Gertie. Grover and Big Bird are heard, and Gertie (played by Drew Barrymore) plays along with a cartoon short about a basket, a bandit, and a ball.
