Dwayne is a dog seen in Neat Stuff To Know & To Do. He helps some off-screen kids learn how to meet a dog. First, he explains that they should find out the dog's name and say hello. He suggests offering the dog a rubber toy and explains that they love being rubbed behind the ears. Dwayne also cautions that some dogs want to be left alone and shows a mean dog (similar in build to the Wolfhound).
