Dr. Stephen Duckett

Added by WikiaBotAfter a high-level meeting, he avoided talking to the media, excusing himself to slowly eat a cookie. The video went viral in Canada, on the station's YouTube channel, and on other news programs.
Among the quotes: "I'm eating my cookie -- can't you see I'm eating my cookie!"
He was later fired by the agency. This created a backlash amongst board members, with two resigning, and more threatening to do so.[1]
The media and public dubbed him "Cookie Monster". The term was used as broadly as Australia's The Age, RTL in the Netherlands.
