Dr. Edwynn is the Count's doctor who appears in a 1992 episode of Sesame Street. He's called over when the Count catches the Counting Flu. After he examines the Count, he asks him to count how many fingers he's holding up. The Count immediately faints after doing so, and faints again when he hears Dr. Edwynn's diagnosis: no counting whatsoever.

Dr. Edwynn was made from an orange live-hand Anything Muppet. His name, voice, and design references comedian Ed Wynn.
