His glasses are adjusted to match the contemporary setting for this appearance and his appearance in Muppet Treasure Island. |
 | Muppets Tonight | 1996-1999 | The doctor receives a white lab coat, replacing the light blue coat he had been wearing since his debut. His standard red tie is further replaced with a black tie. |
 | Muppets from Space | 1999-2008 | His wardrobe returns to his classic colors for Muppet Labs. His face has reached its thinnest design, and will remain this shape from 1999 until 2008. |
