Dr. Brown is the doctor that Nanny takes Baby Piggy to for her checkup in the book Piggy Visits the Doctor.

During her checkup Piggy asks the doctor if she can give her Doll a checkup as well. As she examines Piggy, she explains why she has to poke and prode the patient. The Doctor also examines Lemonade's ears, weighs her, and rewards her with a necklace for being such a good patient.
