Downtown Julie Brown (born Julie Dorne Brown, 1959) in an English actress best known for her stint as a MTV VJ. The winner of the World Disco Dancing Championship of 1979, Brown has also appeared on Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, The Weird Al Show, and provided the voice of a reporter for Hey Arnold!.

Brown appeared on Episode 3448 of Sesame Street where she reported on the "Worm World Music Festival" for WormTV.
