Episode 421 of The Muppet Show features several sketches involving magic in honor of guest star Doug Henning. In one number assisted by two Mutations, Henning is joined by a tall, thin full-bodied Muppet for an alternate take on a classic magic act. The creature steps into a box which is seemingly sliced into sections by metals sheets, and the pieces are taken away with the body parts concealed inside. In a Muppet twist, the boxes are placed back together to reveal that the parts were re-assembled incorrectly, and a topsy-turvy version of the bright, furry monster chases after Henning in frustration.
